‘Uplift and Energise’ Day Retreat – 23rd January 2022 & 6th February 2022 – The Pines Calyx, St Margaret’s Bay, Kent.  £65 per participant including lunch, refreshments and all yoga/pilates sessions.  Pre-booking essential.

A day to uplift the body and soul through the practice of pilates, yoga, stimulating breathing techniques as well as a guided walk in the coastal countryside.

‘Creating Space’ 5 day Retreat – 8-13th May 2022 – D’alijo Retreat Centre, Casal, Portugal

This 5 day retreat is a time to unwind, relax and to nurture your body, mind and soul. Daily classes of meditation, asana and either yin or restorative yoga will create space in the body as well as the mind. Taking time in the gorgeous surroundings of the retreat center will nourish the soul and the fabulous chefs will feed your belly with healthy and nutritious delights.

There’s plenty of space at the center to sit and take in the views, walk in the woods or swim in the two pools on site. There’s even a small waterfall where you can bathe too!

‘Fully Immerse’ Weekend Retreat – 10-12th June 2022 – Oxon Hoath Country Estate, Tonbridge

The Retreat: Join me on this weekend retreat to discover how to get the best out of your body using yoga, pilates and strength conditioning.  Daily classes of yoga, meditation and pilates will be on offer as well as plenty of time to walk in the estate, relax in the gardens or in the beautifully restored rooms of the house.  Massage and private sessions available as an optional extra so you can have as full on or laid back a weekend as suits you and your body! 

Schedule: Arriving from 4pm on Friday, the weekend is fully catered with delicious and healthy vegetarian meals 3 times a day – you will not be hungry!!  Self serve refreshments are included over the weekend as well as 8 classes – do as much or as little as you want.  Classes take place in a large room in the grand house or outside in the grounds if the weather permits.  Time outside of classes can be enjoyed exploring the estate, taking advantage of a relaxing massage or simply relaxing in some of the magnificent rooms in the 600 year old house.   The retreat closes on Sunday afternoon with a check-out time of 4pm.  This retreat is suitable for most bodies with a basic level of fitness.  All classes are optional so you can pick and choose those to suit your needs – different levels of ability are catered for so there should be something for everyone each day.

Accommodation: Each bedroom is unique and beautifully restored and furnished in keeping with the period of the house.  Rooms start at £325 per person with options to upgrade to en suite and single occupancy where available.  25% deposit is required to secure your place.  Contact me HERE for more information or booking.
