How it works

The first step to reaching your fitness goal is to contact me to arrange an initial consultation.  We’ll talk about your fitness goals in detail and you can ask any questions you may have.  We may also use this time to do an initial fitness assessment, if appropriate.

Training packages

At Vibrant Personal Training, I offer two personal training options.  You can choose from individual personal training sessions or you can choose a monthly personal training support package.  Individual sessions offer the flexibility to simply train when you want to or need to.  Just book and pay as you go or receive discounts for block booking.  The monthly support package offers significant discounts on your personal training sessions and you’ll also receive additional support to help you reach your fitness goals.  This can include dietary analysis and feedback, a customised weekly exercise plan, as well as motivational contact during the week to keep you on track with your goals.  This option is particularly good for people who need that extra bit of help to stay focused on their fitness goals or prefer the support of someone outside of their family circle.   Visit the Prices page for more information on the options available.

Where I train

Most of my clients prefer to train in the comfort of their own home, and I have a variety of carefully chosen equipment ideally suited for use in the home.  However, we are also able to train in many locations to suit you and your training needs, such as local parks, beaches or simply your own garden.  The areas I cover include Dover, Deal, Sandwich, Ramsgate, Margate, Broadstairs, Canterbury and the surrounding villages.  Please contact me if you live outside of these areas as I may still be able to help you.

What you need

Initially all you need to train safely is comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely, shoes that will support to your feet and a little bit of space to work in.  If you do not have suitable space in your home or garden we will train outside or, in very bad weather, I can arrange an alternative indoor location.

I will provide all the equipment you will need.  You may wish to buy some of your own equipment to use in your own time, which I can supply.

Group training

Training with friends or family can be really fun, motivating and financially beneficial.  At Vibrant Personal Training I offer personal training to groups of 2 or 3 clients who have the same or similar fitness goals.  Please contact me to see if this option is suitable for you and your goals.
